We started small and grew alongside the Pacific. Today, Intracor is one of New Zealand's most experienced commodity export businesses — and we're still run the same way we always have been: personally, reliably, and with a deep knowledge of the markets we serve.
OUR STORY
From bulk commodities to complete supply solutions
Intracor was founded in 1980 to supply bulk commodities — primarily steel and cement sourced from Australia and New Zealand — to the French territories of New Caledonia and Tahiti.
Over four decades, the Pacific has changed enormously, and so have we. Today, Intracor supplies a comprehensive range of construction materials, building hardware, electrical fittings, machinery and infrastructure products to customers across all South Pacific markets.
Alongside our core product sourcing, we also provide managed project services — designing, procuring and delivering bespoke solutions ranging from NZ medical-grade laboratory facilities and sports stadium lighting to individually specified heavy machinery.
Through it all, one thing has remained constant: we are a business built on relationships. Our customers know us by name, and we know theirs.
